one question, though, that i keep wondering when i look over your blog (which is OFTEN, i do imitations of walker “crumple napping”, which is how i describe it to people)…

what are you and your mom looking at? it’s something in a swimming pool, right? by the expression on your face–which is just priceless–i’ve sort of guessed it’s a frog. you know how frogs sometimes end up in swimming pools?

am i close?

i am sorry i forgot to wish you a happy mother’s day–what a special occasion for you!–but alas, i also neglected my OWN mother. i hope you (both) forgive me, as over here, it’s not really a big deal. italy doesn’t really have a tradition of greeting cards, and in any case, EVERY day is mamma day (a bit morbidly so, in fact) over here…
